(2) Registered capital

(3) Shareholders

At least one director of a Hong Kong company is required, and the company's shareholders and directors can be the same person. The company's directors can be natural persons or legal persons, and natural persons must be at least 18 years old without any nationality restrictions.
(5) Secretary
Applying for registration of a related company requires a company secretary, who can be appointed as the legal secretary of the company by a Hong Kong resident or a related company.
(6) Registered office address
One of the essential requirements for applying to register a Hong Kong company is that the registered address of the company must be a Hong Kong address, which is convenient for receiving government letters and related notices. The applicant does not need to rent or purchase special properties, but cannot use only a post office box as the registered address of the company.

2. What are the general procedures for registering a Hong Kong company?
