Any letters from the Hong Kong Registry and the Inland Revenue Department should be sent to the registered address of the company. It is very important whether the registered address can receive them in a timely manner (Hong Kong letters are usually sent by regular mail).
In the early days, many peers used mailboxes as the legal address for customers to register Hong Kong companies. If the profit tax and salary tax forms issued by the tax bureau were lost or could not be delivered to customers in a timely manner, resulting in expired tax forms, the tax bureau would directly issue fines.
